Prices and Payment
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT . The total price including all fees, VAT and shipping, is displayed in the cart. Payment terms are specified in the basket depend on the chosen payment method. Custom fees may apply for deliveries abroad.
Minimum age to buy e-cigarettes
You must be 18 years old to buy e-cigarettes, e-juice, or accessories.
You can choose to pay by Klarna (Visa / Mastercard, Partial Payment or Invoice), Paypal or with Bitcoin.
Pay with Klarna
At eSmokes.se we work with Klarna and offer the Klarna Checkout for customers living in Sweden and Norway. At the Klarna Checkout you choose to pay by card (Visa or MasterCard), directly via your Klarna account, by invoice or split your payment into montly payments. Pay with Paypal or Bitcoin
For customers who live outside Sweden and Norway, we offer payment with Paypal or Bitcoin. Paypal and Bitcoin can be used for any country, including those listed before.
Right of withdrawal
Your withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days starting on the day you received the goods. Return policy applies only if the product packaging is unbroken/unused. Products tat is returned used (or opened, ex: liquids) will not be refunded. Shipping fee will not be refunded either. See Returns below for further instructions. There is no withdrawal for MBV juices which is mixed on spot from our supplier just for you.
For free replacement of non-functioning or DOA (not reduced performance, misuse or if the product is worn out) products the following applies to most products (some may vary):
Battery: 2 months.
Clearomizers: 1 month.
VV/VW-Mod: 2 months.
Mechcanical Mod: 2 months.
RBA & RDA: 2 months.
Other Products: 1 month.
Coils: No warranty
The life of the above products is considerably higher, and the warranty is set lower since many heavy vapers consume their products in a considerably fast pace. Do you feel that the above timestamp is not correct in your case? Contact us, we are not impossible to deal with. Our goal is to have satisfied customer in every warranty case.

Not retrieved goods returned to us . For any package that is not claimed , we reserve the right to charge you the cost of return shipping, handling and processing fee . Costs which currently stands at 150SEK.
Returns to us are at your own expense if you use your withdrawal. Returns must be sent as a package or letter. It may not be sent by mail. If you wish to exercise your right for withdrawal, please file a return request on your account. Only unused products is refundable, used products will not be refunded, neither will the shipping fee. The payment will be returned as soon as possible, always within 30 days from the date we received the return . Do we have packed the wrong or delivered a product that is damaged or defective you replaced with the same or equivalent model , we are then all the costs . Contact us via email and we'll send out a return form for free return shipping.
Delays due Posten handling or incorrect addresses
It may be that the package is delayed in the Post system for various reasons. In some cases, they go back to the sender (us) after 14 days, though everything is correct. In those cases, we need to wait for a rebound before we can send the package again. For customers that entered the wrong address, we need to wait 14 days before the shipment comes to us again and then the customer will be charged 19kr for the return, and 19kr for sending out the package again.
