What's the shipping fee?

We got 29 SEK for Swedish orders, 59 SEK for Europe and 99SEK for the rest of the world. Read more under "Shipping".

What payment options do you provide?
Klarna Invoice: 0kr
Klarna Account: 0kr
Klarna Card: 0kr
Klarna Part Payment: 0kr from us (Admin fee 29kr + Movable annual interest 19.9% from Klarna)
PayPal: 0kr

In our stores you can pay by card, cash and Swish. Read more under "Payment".

I need to file a return for my broken product, how?
Check the section called "Returns" for all info needed.

Can I change, add or remove items on my order?
Most often you can adjust a recently placed order. The best way is to call us directly on (0046)40 6170400. You can also chat with us or email us on [email protected], however, there is a risk that our customer service will not be able to update the packing team about the adjustments. But usually we will solve it in one way or another.

When will I get my invoice?
The invoice is sent directly from Klarna to you, while we ship your order from our warehouse. Sometimes we are faster than Lucky Luke, just wait until the invoice gets sent from Klarna. Do not wait for more than a week though, if you by then still lack your invoice, contact Klarna here:

I regret my purchase, what do I do?
If you regret your purchase within 14 days, please return the products to us and we will refund you once we've recieved them. Keep in mind that you can only return products that still have their sealing, are not used and in their original packaging. You choose shipping method and account for that cost.

Can minors order?
To be able to buy products on, you must be 18 years old. That goes both in store and online, without exception.
